Mission:
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.
Job Functions:
Strategic Campaign Development: Receive briefs and work collaboratively with L'Oréal and Samy teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.
Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.
Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.
Event Coordination: Provide leadership and support during events and brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and the brand.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the booking and data teams to innovate negotiation strategies, identify market trends, and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.
Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of any issues during campaign execution, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach.
Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.
Legal and Financial Management: Oversee all legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Workflow Enhancement: Continuously identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.
Job requirements
Strong creative mindset with the ability to identify, anticipate and translate emerging social and cultural trends into impactful influencer strategies.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.
Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.
Strategic thinker, highly analytical, exceptional creativity, and strong leadership skills.
Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Spanish and English full working proficiency (written and verbal)
