Mission
We are seeking a Data/Research & Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in leveraging data to drive actionable insights, shaping innovative strategies, and optimizing campaign performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and skilled at uncovering trends that guide creative and strategic decision-making.
Job Functions
Data Analysis & Insights: Translate large volumes of data into concise, impactful insights.
Analyze metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain benchmarks to measure success against industry standards and competitors.
Social Listening & Market Research: Use social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Synthesio, NetBase, Socialbakers) to monitor consumer conversations, market trends, and competitor activity.
Conduct research to support account management and strategic planning teams with trend reports and market analysis.
Stay informed about the latest innovations and industry developments to guide strategy.
Reporting:Prepare quarterly performance reports focused on brand performance, category trends, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable recommendations that inform content creation, campaign messaging, and budget optimization.
Job requirements
Skills
3-4 years of experience overall
Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and impactful reports.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Highly collaborative with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, curious, and innovative mindset.
English full working proficiency (written and verbal)
Proven experience in using social listening tools and analyzing data for marketing strategies (minimum 2-3 years).
Expertise in query setup, keyword selection, and crafting data-driven reports tailored to specific brand strategies.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing metrics.
