Role Mission

As a Content Director, you’ll lead the content vision and strategy for brands, turning cultural insights, trends and creative ideas into impactful content ecosystems across social platforms.

You’ll oversee the creative direction and quality of content, working closely with clients, creators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure content is relevant, distinctive and aligned with both brand and business objectives.

At SAMY, you'll help global beauty brands stay ahead of what's next. You'll turn cultural shifts into strategy, identify the creators driving conversations, and build advocacy programmes that connect brands with millions of people in authentic ways.

You'll work at the intersection of social, culture, AI, technology and creativity, where every day brings new trends, new platforms and new opportunities to shape the future of beauty marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy and creative direction across TikTok, Reels, Instagram and other relevant platforms.

• Translate brand objectives, cultural insights and social trends into innovative content concepts and formats.

• Oversee the development of content from ideation and production through to final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Lead and inspire content creators, designers, editors, creators and other multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop content frameworks, guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across markets and platforms.

• Identify emerging trends, creator formats and cultural opportunities to keep brands relevant and ahead of the curve.

• Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Influencer and Creative teams to develop integrated social-first campaigns.

• Present creative and content strategies to clients, building confidence and securing alignment.

• Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve creative output and impact.

Skills & experience

List up to 5 essential and mandatory skills. Detail specific experience and competencies, avoiding any mention of years of experience.

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns for major brands.

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L management.

• Fluent English required; other languages a plus.
