MISSION
Your role is pivotal: you won't just be "making posts"—you will have a strong leadership role in elevating our creative bar. We need someone who speaks social as a first language, lives in the comments section, and knows exactly why a trend is funny before it even hits the mainstream.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead the creative development process for social-first campaigns, from rapid-response trending content to long-term content pillars.
Translate brand objectives into "scroll-stopping" content that feels native to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of what the brand can do on social.
Write impeccable copy that ranges from "perfectly polished" to "intentionally unhinged" depending on the platform and brand voice.
Own the end-to-end creation process, ensuring the "Gen Z factor" is present in every frame and caption.
Job requirements
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years of experience in social media content creation or digital copywriting.
Proven track record of growing social communities or creating viral (but brand-safe) content.
A portfolio that shows you can adapt your "brain" to different brand tones, specifically showing video-first thinking.
