Mision
We are looking for a Content Creative with a strong aesthetic vision and passion for the luxury beauty industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands social-first storytelling, is highly trend-aware, and can translate cultural insights into elevated, on-brand creative concepts.
You will play a key role in shaping and developing content ideas, ensuring they align with the premium identity of L’Oréal’s luxury brands while remaining engaging and relevant across social platforms.
Job Functions
Develop creative content proposals aligned with trends, culture, and luxury brand guidelines.
Contribute to social media content planning and creative direction.
Translate ideas into high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikToks, clips) with a strong aesthetic approach.
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
Ensure all content reflects a premium, luxury look & feel.
Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them to a high-end brand narrative.
Participate in content creation when needed, including filming and occasional on-camera presence.
Support creative development across beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle categories.
Job requirements
Skills
2–4 years of experience in creative roles within social media (Content Creative, Creative Strategist, or similar), ideally in agency environments.
Art Direction sensibility.
Experience working with beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
Strong visual sensibility and understanding of premium brand aesthetics.
Ability to think conceptually while also understanding execution.
Knowledge of short-form video formats and content production processes.
Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar) is a plus.
Creative, culturally connected, and trend-driven mindset.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Languages: Spanish: Native English: B2 (minimum)
