MISSION

The Strategy Planner Supervisor will be responsible for planning and developing brand strategies using new technologies, platforms, and a disruptive mindset, ensuring that proposed solutions are delivered accordingly. The role will co-develop creative concepts with the planning team for influencer campaigns. Passionate about connecting brands to consumers.
Key Responsibilities

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Demonstrate strong planning and strategic thinking skills.

  • Develop digital marketing strategies focused on branding, including influencer marketing and social media.

  • Work closely with the sales team: participate in client meetings and translate client needs into internal briefs.

  • Identify new service and supply opportunities for clients and plan actions aligned with market changes, detecting trends and future scenarios.

  • Prepare clear, strategic briefings for the campaign planning team and support the development of proposals.

  • Monitor customer behavior and consumption patterns, analyze variations, and recommend strategic actions for improvement.

  • Ensure integration and alignment with the influencer and social teams.

Job requirements

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in planning or strategy departments; preferably at major advertising agencies (e.g., Ogilvy, Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett, or similar) is a plus.

  • Solid experience with influencer marketing and integrated campaign planning.

  • Excellent communication skills; able to present to clients and internal teams.

  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumer behavior and market trends.

  • Leadership experience managing small teams or coordinating cross-functional projects
