JOB FUNCTIONS

• Configure and adjust the Sprinklr platform, including the creation of categorization filters for social data collection.

• Perform tagging and categorization of social media comments within the client’s social CRM platform.

• Manage and respond to interactions across social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement.

• Communicate daily social media activity to the client, identifying relevant insights and opportunities for interaction.

• Support the development of monthly reports by contributing analysis, insights, and learnings derived from day-to-day social activity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment with digital strategies.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.

• Experience responding to users and managing conversations on social networks.

• Previous exposure to Social CRM platforms and digital marketing environments (experience with Sprinklr is a plus).

• English level B2 (written and spoken).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong information analysis and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High level of autonomy, organization, and ownership of responsibilities.
