MISSION

Lead the development of strategic and innovative creative concepts that drive business objectives and strengthen brand positioning.

The Senior Creative transforms briefs into compelling ideas, leads digital projects end-to-end, and ensures creative excellence across all deliverables. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, presents and defends concepts with confidence, and elevates the team’s creative standards through continuous mentorship, inspiration, and constructive feedback.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Lead the creative development process from concept to final execution.

  • Develop original, strategic concepts aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of all creative deliverables.

  • Mentor and guide junior creatives, supporting their professional growth.

  • Foster a collaborative, constructive, and inspiring team environment.

  • Present creative proposals clearly and persuasively in both English and Spanish.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while effectively managing expectations.

  • Actively participate in client meetings and presentations.

  • Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and emerging creative opportunities.

Job requirements

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience as a copywriter

  • Proven experience in digital campaigns (non-negotiable)

  • A portfolio that demonstrates a variety of conceptual campaigns, spanning a wide range of tones and channels.

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong conceptual skills to generate innovative, actionable ideas aligned with client strategy.

  • Effective Communication: Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate creative teams.

  • Ownership & Collaboration: Works autonomously with minimal supervision and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
