Mission
We are looking for a People Transformation Specialist to join our global HR team. This role will play a key part in the ongoing evolution of our people transformation, working closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HR transformation initiatives.
You will be expected to manage multiple and very diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining an excellent level of execution and communication.
Job Functions
Execute people-related projects with a strong level of autonomy and minimal supervision.
Participate in strategic HR transformation initiatives, including structural changes and process reviews.
Act as a liaison between HRBPs, internal departments, and external providers, managing issues and aligning solutions and performance improvement action plans.
Own and maintain content on the intranet, ensuring internal documentation and communication are accurate and up to date.
Publish internal job opportunities and manage communications around them.
Contribute to the revision and optimization of HR policies and guidelines, like OKR´s, performance management and university partnerships
Design and execute internal communication plans for management teams.
Keep internal databases and employee records up to date and aligned globally.
Requirements
2–4 years in HR generalist roles or similar
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail with a background in HR Analytics or a strong interest in data-driven HR processes
Experience across cultures and geographies is a plus
Previous experience with HR platforms such as Personio, DEEL, or data tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of autonomy, initiative, and ownership
Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments
Collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory
