Mision
We are looking for a Seeding Account Executive to manage and optimize influencer seeding campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, high-quality influencer content, and data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance.

 Job functions 

• Influencer Selection & Management: Identify and engage the best-fit influencers, create content calendars, and ensure high-quality content delivery.

• Campaign Performance Oversight: Monitor campaigns daily, adjusting strategies to achieve maximum impact.

• End-to-End Seeding Operations: Manage logistics and seeding processes across products and divisions, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, and data teams to drive negotiation strategies, track market trends, and optimize campaign results, while also managing the client relationship with success.

• Results Analysis & Reporting: Analyze influencer performance, identify actionable insights, and leverage social listening data for continuous improvement.
  

Skills 

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or seeding campaigns.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Experience using influencer marketing management platforms such as Traackr, PrimeTag, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
