MISSION

To lead the development and execution of Influencer Marketing strategies that generate measurable impact for brands, ensuring alignment with client objectives, strategic creator selection, and comprehensive management that combines creativity, performance analysis, and excellence in client service.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop strategic and creative Influencer Marketing proposals based on briefs from existing clients or new business opportunities.

  • Select influencers aligned with campaign objectives, KPIs, and brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper campaign execution (handoff of briefs, KPIs, and approved influencer profiles).

  • Oversee campaign performance during execution and ensure results are achieved.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, managing expectations and resolving issues as they arise.

  • Provide support at events or activations when required.

  • Present quantitative and qualitative results, generating strategic insights.

  • Propose improvements to processes and workflows between influencers, brands, and internal teams.


Job requirements

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.

  • Experience developing strategies and managing influencer campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and performance analysis.

  • Ability to identify and evaluate influencer profiles based on brand objectives.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic mindset, results-oriented, with a strong focus on client service.

  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
