MISSION

Lead end-to-end enterprise Sprinklr implementations for strategic clients, ensuring the solution is properly designed, configured, integrated, and optimized to meet business goals. Act as the technical lead and escalation point for complex challenges, mentor and develop the implementation team by establishing best practices, coordinate closely with client technical leaders and internal global teams, and ensure technical governance, architecture reviews, and pre-sales validation delivering successful, measurable go-lives.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Lead end-to-end, enterprise-level Sprinklr implementations for strategic US clients.

• Design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.

• Oversee all implementation phases: discovery, design, configuration, integration, and optimization.

• Act as technical lead and escalation point for complex challenges.

• Build and mentor high-performing implementation teams, defining best practices.

• Collaborate closely with client technical leaders and internal global teams.

• Support technical governance, architecture reviews, and pre-sales validation.

• Drive measurable business impact and successful go-lives, including regular on-site visits.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Strong expertise in the Sprinklr platform and its technical architecture.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical implementation teams.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

• Strategic, business-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

• Passion for solving complex challenges and delivering impactful Sprinklr solutions.

• Confident leadership when engaging with both teams and client stakeholders.
