Role Mission
We are looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter who can turn strong strategic insights into original campaign ideas and bring them to life through compelling digital and social work for U.S. audiences.
You will combine conceptual thinking, excellent writing, and cultural fluency with the ability to own projects from brief to delivery, working closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Art Direction, and Video teams. The role involves client-facing moments like presenting decks and creative ideas, follow-up meetings, and pitches. You will also strengthen overall creative quality and guide junior creatives.

Key responsibilities
Develop original creative concepts and campaign platforms grounded in brand strategy and audience insights.
Write and refine headlines, scripts, campaign copy, and social content, adapting tone and style across brands, channels, and audiences.
Create platform-native ideas and scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, among others with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
Develop and maintain brand tone of voice across campaigns and always-on content.
Collaborate with art directors, designers, video editors, and strategists to take ideas through final execution.
Present creative work and rationale clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.
Give constructive feedback to junior creatives, peers and reviewing work and decks for clarity, craft, and consistency.
Manage creative deliverables with autonomy, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
Skills & experience
6+ years of copywriting experience in creative, advertising, or digital agencies.
Proven experience developing digital campaigns and social content for the U.S. market.
A strong portfolio showing conceptual campaigns, excellent writing, and a range of tones, formats, and channels.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write culturally relevant copy and present confidently to U.S. clients.
Strong understanding of social platforms, pop culture, creator ecosystems and digital storytelling.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable ideas and deliver high-quality work with limited day-to-day direction.
Experience mentoring junior creatives and collaborating across disciplines.
