JOB FUNCTIONS

• Build long term relationships, always seeking to satisfy the client's needs with Samy's services.

• Continuous search and presentation of Trends and News of the Beauty, Care, Environment, Inclusion and Digital Marketing industry taking an active Consultant role for the brand.

• Receipt of briefs and preparation of proposals for campaigns with influencers, events and activations.

• Development, assembly and presentation: of strategies and creative concepts aligned to the needs of each brand: objectives, purpose, attributes, target audience, calendar, budget, etc.

• Profile scouting: qualitative and quantitative analysis from Shinebuzz, Synthesio and others (Statista).

• Campaign execution analysis, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders and proposing process improvements and results optimization.

• Reporting: in-depth analysis of results and performance to identify impact, KPIs achieved and opportunities

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Between 2 and 3 years of relevant experience in Strategy, content marketing or influencer marketing and account management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Active management of digital platforms and social media.

• Handling of design tools or Content Creation will be highly valued.

• Strong service orientation, empathy and problem solving skills.

• High energy and positive attitude.

• Goal oriented, fast learner and autonomous worker.

• English required, any other language is a plus
