JOB FUNCTIONS

• Translate marketing and communication objectives into comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.

• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and new services within the account.

• Define and oversee influencer strategies aligned with product launches, always-on campaigns, and key brand moments.

• Lead, develop, and motivate the team assigned to the account (Account Managers, Executives, Strategists).

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing agencies.

• Proven experience leading large-scale or regional accounts.

• Solid knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in Argentina.

• Experience working with FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands (preferred).

• Strategic mindset with strong business orientation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

• Analytical skills with a strong results-driven approach.

• Strong organization, ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.

• Intermediate/advanced English.
